Shipping policy

Shipping
Doku coffee is roast-to-order and typically leaves our facility in 3-5 business days, and will arrive at your door within 5-7 days after roasting and packaging. Rates will be calculated at checkout. 

International Shipping
We currently do not ship internationally in order to keep the beans as fresh as possible.

Damages and issues
Once you receive your order, inspect it and contact us immediately if there are any issues. Contact dokucoffeeco@gmail.com for any issues regarding defects, damages, or wrong items.

Non-returnable items
Perishable goods, like coffee, cannot be returned. If your coffee is defective or damaged, please dispose of it after the issue has been resolved.

We cannot accept returns or issue refunds on sale items.
